Found lining an early box from New Hampshire, this pattern was printed with a very small block measuring approximately 10″ x 10.” This indicates a very early date and American origin, most likely from Boston. Adelphi offers it in its original colorway of white printed on a deep Prussian blue ground. Narrow stripe patterns such as this are best used in bedrooms and back parlors and complimented with a narrow 18th century border.
Imperial Measurements: Repeat 10 ⅝ inches, width 22 inches, length 11 yards, straight match.
